There are miles of beaches close by that are great on a sunny day and because of their large size, are never overcrowded. The beaches have large waves, ideal for the experienced surfer but much less so for the inexperienced. The beaches have very little in the way of services close by so visitors to these beaches may wish to take their own supplies. A bus service can take you to the main resort Corralejo if you desire a livelier day out.
