This country house boasts breath taking views and is ideal as a serene retreat from the stress and activity of modern life. Located in the undiscovered green paradise of Los Guajares, in a tranquil setting, giving a feeling of being away from it all whilst at the same time being just 15 minutes from the sea, under an hour from Granada and just over an hour from the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada.
The house lies in its own grounds,including a large pool which has a shallow paddling pool for toddlers and a large swimming section. There is also a small play area for those with children, plus a barbeque on the terrace.
Perfect to escape the hurly burly of modern life, spending your precious free time in this most stunning part of Spain. Lighting for the short nights is provided by powerful halogen lamps, torches and candles.
Nearby are bars, a bank, bakers, grocers, restaurants and so on, in an area which is subtropical with bananas, olives, figs, avocados etc growing in abundance. Closeby are the towns of Salobreņa, Motril and Almuņecar where you can find hypermarkets, markets, beaches and nightlife.
On arrival guests are provided with a luxury welcome pack which includes pasta, wine, pains au chocolate, milk, beer, coffee and so on.
