The house has a small lawned area to the front with an attractive olive tree and to the side is the new larger than average swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1m - 2m approx). Steps lead from the garden up to the balustraded terrace with outside lighting, patio table and chairs and built in barbecue.
Ground floor: Down the hall is a bedroom with two single beds & built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with bath (shower over) wc & handbasin. On the opposite side of the hall a door opens into a spacious living room with dining area with two settees, sat tv and dvd player. There is an air conditioning unit in the lounge which is available to guests if required (extra charge). The open plan kitchen has a double sink, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and breakfast bar.
First floor: The stairs from the living room lead to an attractive bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The room has its own en-suite shower room with wc, handbasin and bidet. The second bedroom has full size bunk beds, additional single bed and built in wardrobe. A bathroom with bath (shower over), bidet, handbasin and wc leads from the hall. Another door leads from the landing area onto an the sun terrace facing the pool
Garden: Sliding patio doors (with shutters) from the lounge open onto the private sun terrace with attractive view and just a glimpse of the sea through the trees. Beautifully secluded it stands in a completely enclosed garden surrounded by a high mature hedge and gated entrance. A private gate leads directly from the garden to the pool area. The land adjoining the villa grounds is known as 'forestelle' a natural area with established trees and shrubs which is protected against development.*
*As the villas are privately owned individual furnishing styles will vary slightly. This property is part of a select group of 9 properties known as 'Casalot' it is a sister villa to 'La Siesta'. All 9 properties are the same size and description as La Siesta; the only difference being they are each in groups of four adjacent villas facing each other across the pool and communal lawns. La Siesta stands on the third side of the pool and gardens. Each villa has a reserved off road parking space for one car.
