This beautiful villa is situated on the hillside in the quiet residential area of Gotmar. It nestles amongst pine trees and enjoys stunning mountain views.
Both the centre of Port of Pollensa and Pollensa's famous long sandy beaches are just 1.3 km away .
Newly refurbished with quality furnishings the villa offers every luxury.
On the ground floor there are four large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing area leading to a large ensuite bathroom and double doors lead to a private terrace. There are three further bedrooms one double with a full ensuite bathroom and the two twin rooms share another large bathroom. All bedrooms have double doors opening into the garden area.
On the first floor there is a shower room/toilet, large living/dining room with comfortable leather seating a large oak dinning table and chairs, a jotul log burner and high beamed ceilings.
A light airy luxury kitchen with granite work surfaces and modern appliances (including dishwasher) opens out to a huge covered terrace which serves as an al fresco lounge/diner and is furnished with a further oak dining table and chairs, comfortable wicker furniture and built in barbeque - an idillic setting for watching the stunning sunsets over the mountains!
The large swimming pool (which can be heated at an extra charge) is surrounded by secluded terraces and gardens. A large selection of garden furniture and sun loungers are provided.
The location of the villa means that it is possible to walk into the center of Puerto Pollensa or to the beaches. The beaches are reached through a charming tree lined residential area which offers a pleasant and shaded stroll. However, to take advantage of all the facilities and scenery available locally we would recommend the hire of a car. There is ample on and off street parking.
