Our south facing super size 35ft x 12ft heated pool & separate spa have spectacular (private) views over a large lake and onto the 2nd fairway of Long Marsh Golf course.The spacious pool deck and dining patio area gives you plenty of space to relax in the sun or shade.The villa is furnished to a very high standard, providing elegant & luxury accommodation for 6.New in 2009 is wifi internet connection.
The en-suite master King bedroom has a jacuzzi bath and separate shower, with direct access to the pool area from the bedroom, and has TV/DVD. The Queen bedroom also overlooks the pool area and has TV/DVD. The Twin bedroom, with TV, shares the 2nd bathroom.
From the comfort of the cream leather sofa's in the Great Room you can choose to simply relax and unwind taking in the splendid lake view beyond the pool or watch a film on the 42" Plasma screen TV with cable.
There is a formal dining area with 6 chairs and a second informal eating area with fantastic views over the pool and patio area.
We have a dedicated management company to care for our home and guests.

In association with the Rotonda Golf and Country Club we are delighted this year to be able to combine Golf Club membership with your accommodation.
This supplement will allow 2 of you unlimited access to the 4 Rotonda Golf Club Courses as members, plus the facility to practice on the range with unlimitted range balls. You pay only - cart fees.Additional players play at member guest rates.
