The apartment,which is on the first floor,comprise two bedrooms(on en suite),a separate shower room,lounge,dining room and a kitchen. The master bedroom has a double bed and the guest bedroom has a double bed and a single futon.There is a large South facing balcony with sun beds and terrace furniture.
The furnishings are of a high quality. Each of the bedrooms has a large wardrobe, dressing table and reading lights.
Air conditioning and heating are fitted.
For entertainment there is a television with satellite which receives programmes in English, a DVD player and a music center. A selection of DVD films is available and also some games.
The kitchen is well equipped with sufficient crockery, glasses, cutlery etc for 6 people. There is an electric cooker, and a dishwasher is fitted.
An adequate supply of towels is provided.
The apartment has sea views both front and rear and overlooks Es Forti. At the rear is a swimming pool with sun loungers. Being located at the end of a promontory there is no passing traffic and the environs are very quiet. There is adequate parking space attached to the property.
