This is a large 4 bedroom villa furnished to the highest standard in a new gated community close to all the amenities of the Sarasota area.
There are 2 twin room, one queen room and one king room plus a sofa bed in one of the sitting area.
There are 2 separate living areas. The first has a more formal sitting and dining area plus a TV and DVD and a games console. The second living area includes the fully fitted kitchen complete with large American fridge freezer and breakfast area and a comfortable sitting area overlooking the pool again with digital cable TV and DVD/video player.
The pool area is very private, overlooks a preserve area and has a privacy fence down both sides. The pool is large (30'x16') and can be electically heated. There is also a hot tub and large sitting area with table and plently of chairs and sun loungers.
The community has a very large swimming pool plus tennis, basketball and volley ball courts and a children's play area, all of which are available for guest's use.
