Our beautiful spacious villa is situated on a wide plot on a quiet and peaceful up market development, within a thirty minute drive from Orlando International Airport.
The magic of WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT and UNIVERSAL STUDIOS are FIFTEEN and TWENTYFIVE minutes drive away respectively.
The villa is ideally situated as all the other attractions are within very easy reach and Kissimmee with its many shops and restaurants is a short drive away.
Your retail therapy is well catered for with the FLORIDA MALL, BELTZ FACTORY OUTLET MALL, and EAGLE RIDGE MALL all within very easy driving distance.
If you are a keen golfer there are many other excellent golf courses close by.
The villa is fully licensed with the local authority, it is fully equipped to the latest standards with emergency lighting, smoke detectors and a monitored alarm system.
It is all on one level, making wheel chair access very easy.

The villa is fully equipped and fully air conditioned and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, spacious kitchen/nook, large family room, covered patio with a private screened kidney shaped heated pool.
The large family room has a volume ceiling and very comfortable seating.
The entertainment center contains a Hi Fi system, with multi changer CD player, AM/FM radio and twin cassette decks, and a large cable TV and VCR.
The TWO MASTER BEDROOMS each have volume ceilings and are both fully furnished and have remote control cable TV's, and alarm clock radios, (so you don't over sleep for DISNEY).
The on suite bathrooms have a large walk in wardrobe, and a large walk in shower.
Bedrooms THREE & FOUR are fully furnished and share an interconnecting bathroom.
Both bedrooms have a walk in wardrobe, the bathroom has a bath and shower.
The spacious kitchen has a volume ceiling and is fully equipped from a dishwasher to a TEA POT.
The private screened pool area has a full set of luxury padded patio furniture making it a great place to chill out before or after a day out and there is a covered patio area should you wish to sit outside but under protection from the sun. The kidney shaped pool (which can be heated if required) has underwater lighting which we have found perfect for that midnight dip. There is a large community pool and a children's play area a few minutes walk away to which you have free unlimited access.
From the airport you drive directly to our villa so you do not have to go on a long detour to collect the keys.
We can arrange for a welcome food pack to be delivered to the villa on the day of your arrival, to save you going shopping after your flight.
