Located on the award winning Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, ranked 6th in the US, a 20-minute drive from downtown Disney and all the attractions.
The house is fully air-conditioned and furnished to a high degree. It comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located on two floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dinning area. A large living area to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
Ground Floor
The lower floor has an open plan living area leading to a kitchen/dinning area.
The family room has a three and two seater sofa, coffee table with two side tables with lamps. There is a TV with music DVD also in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large double fridge/freezer, dish washer, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and all condiments such as plates, pots, knives and forks etc.
There is a dining table to seat SIX dinners, in the kitchen.
Leading from the kitchen via a patio door is a patio area near the pool. We have a pool with a jacuzzi, and also a safety screen that is in use, should children be present.
Also, from the patio area, the fourth bedroom on the lower floor can be accessed. This bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps and a wardrobe.
The third bathroom is located on the ground floor also.
We also have a utility room on the ground floor leading to the garage, this utility room as a separate washing machine and dryer.
First Floor
The Master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside cabinets with lamps and a large dresser and mirror. It has its own on-suite bathroom, which has a corner bath, shower and double wash basin. From the en-suite there is also access to a large walk in closet. It also has its own cable/satellite TV
There are also two further bedrooms on the first floor, which have TWO single beds in each room, with bedside cabinets, lamps and wardrobes.
Also located on the first floor, is a bathroom.
Pool Area
We have a screened pool/jacuzzi, the pool is 12’ by 24’, which is semi-private.
