THE AREA
Tuscan ridge is a quiet peaceful location situated just off hwy 27 with easy access to the I-4 where disney is only 2 exits down no more than 10 to 15 mins by car and is well placed for all other attractions, with the renowned Champions gate golf resort featuring two 18 hole coures designed by Greg Norman only 5 mins away.
Shops are also close by, the nearest being Publix supermarket 2 mins away.
Orlando international airport is 25 mins drive and Sandford is about 60 mins with Tampa airport approx: 1 hr 25 mins. The superb gulf coast beaches can be reached in 1.5 hrs whilst Kenedy space center and Daytona beach are approx: 1 hour away.
THE VILLA
Villa Bromeliad is situated in a quiet rural location, the south facing private pool ensures dawn to dusk sunshine, just try to imagine It when you sit in the hot tub to have those sundowner drinks, whilst listening to the soothing waterfall from the hot tub to the pool, how relaxing!!
There is plenty of room on the lanai for eating alfresco with ample patio furniture .
The villa has 5 tastefully decorated bedrooms, the main having a queen size bed TV clock radio and patio doors leading to the pool, a large walk in dressing room and en-suite bathroom with seperate toilet, two vanity units, a large corner bath and walk in shower.
The main guest bedroom has a double bed and is tastefully decorated with matching bedside cupboards, a large built in wardrobe and remote TV, the en-suite bathroom has a vanity sink unit and extra large shower, it also has direct access to the pool area for that early morning dip.
Bedrooms 3&4 are twin bedded rooms with matching furniture and large built in wardrobes sharing an en-suite bathroom, with access from either room.
Bedroom 5 is also a twin bedded room with beautiful matching accessories and a large built in wardrobe.
There is also a sleeper couch in the one lounge sleeping a futher 2 people.
The Kitchen is very spacious with a central preparation pedestal,dishwasher, microwave a large self cleaning gas cooker, upright fridge and freezer with automatic ice maker. The double drainer sink unit comes complete with waste disposal, there is plenty of storage cupboards and a large pantry . A coffee maker, toaster, mixer and blender makes self catering easy if you are on a budget.
The large family room is furnished with a three seater and a two seater settee with an easy chair and coffee table, remote TV, DVD player and Playstation 2, patio doors to the pool area are alarmed for the safety of your children, there is also a breakfast nook overlooking the pool with seating for four people, two bar stools at the kitchen counter complete this room.
there is also another large lounge furnished with easy chair, sette , coffee table and bed settee to make up sleeping for 12, this room also has double patio doors leading to the pool.
The formal dinning room seats 6 people and is tastefully decorated for that dinner party when the children are fast asleep.
The fully equipped utility room has a large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron and is attatched to the integral double garage
