With nearly 2500 sq ft of living space this beautifully furnished villa gives you plenty of room to relax after a hectic day at the parks. The ground floor accommodation includes an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, a family room leading onto the pool, a breakfst nook, separate dining room, separate sitting room, WC, a utility room and the master bedroom. Three further bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the second floor.
The villa was furnished to an expceptional standard (in March 2004) by a professional interior designer.
Two master bedrooms means this villa is ideal for 2 families sharing. The ground floor master bedroom has doors leading on to the pool, an American king size bed, large bathroom with two vanity units, bath, shower and WC.
The second master bedroom has an American queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have TV/DVD.
Two further twin bedrooms share a bathroom, and with a sofa bed in the sitting room, this villa can sleep 10 comfortably with additional room for cots.
The beautifully sculptured, heated pool backs on to open ground allowing you to relax in privacy. A BBQ and pool toys are provided for guests use. All doors leading to the pool are alarmed and pool safety equipment is easily accessible.
The kitchen is well equipped and appliances include, upgraded hob and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge/freezer and a large washing machine and tumble drier can be found in the separate utility room. A free welcome hamper is provided for your arrival so you don't have to worry about that first cup of tea, or beer! The hamper contains all you would need for breakfast so if you are arriving late at night you don't need to stop and find a supermarket before you arrive at the villa.
Tuscan Ridge is a quiet community on the US27 near its junction with the I4. This makes it in an ideal location for all the major attractions in the Orlando area. Gulf Coast and Atlantic Coast beaches are only a 60 minute drive away and there are some of Flordias finest golf courses within minutes drive, including the Greg Norman desiged Champions Gate course.
To make life easier for our guests we have a lock box located near the front door of the property. This contains the keys to the house so you don't have to find the agents office to pick up the keys when you arrive. You simply drive straight to the villa and type in the code to obtain the keys and return them to the lock box on your departure - simple.
This villa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The owners have taken great care to furnish their home to a high standard and you couldn't possibly be disappointed with this accommodation.
