It is situated in Lomas del Rame,which has a bar and small supermarket and panaderia ( home-made bread and cakes ).It is walking distance from the La Serena Golf course, which is now open, and ready for use. The area is ideal for walking and biking.In the nearby towns there are street markets almost everyday, and arrangements can be made for transport.The Mar Menor beaches are less than 5 minutes drive,these are in the worlds biggest inlet, with no currents, so they are very safe for children, and very clean. The mud baths are also very close, which are situated in the sea, and very good for ailments. 5 minutes away is the town of Los Alcazares, with different types of restaurants. Cartagena is also close, with brand name shops, restaurants and the Harbour.La Manga club is 20 minutes away, an ideal place to pamper yourself, or spend the evening at the casino.There are many watersports available, which can be organised in advance, with training if needed.Alicante airport is 1 hour, and Murcia, San Javier less than 10 minutes. Terramitica and Aqualandia are in Benidorm, about 75 minutes drive.Car hire can be arranged prior to your visit. Also the local bus service can take you to Murcia, Cartagena, Torrevieja, and more.Trains are quite close, going to Murcia
