Our apartment is in the prestigious new Marina de la Duquesa complex on the Costa del Sol. It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, two bathrooms, one with a bath and bidet and one with a shower. The kitchen has everything you could need including a dishwasher and microwave. It has its own breakfast area off to the side and a separate laundry with a washing machine. The large sitting/dining room has a satellite television including BBC, a DVD player and video with a video library for quiet nights in, and a stereo.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with marble floors throughout. It is on the first floor with views from the balcony to the blue flag sandy beach, the swimming pools and the gardens. This new complex is right on the beach with four pools altogether, a sauna and small gym set in beautiful tropical gardens. There is a designated secure parking space beneath the block and a lift.

You are renting directly from us, the owners so there are no commissions to pay and our prices are competitive. We have a local management company to help if you run into difficulties during your stay. You can pay in Euros or sterling in Spain, UK or Ireland, cheque or bank transfer.
