The site is 3 kms. from Dalaman town centre and within easy reach of many interesting sites and activities.
Botanic Gardens provides its own bus service (nominal charge) to Dalaman and other nearby towns (eg. Gocek, Dalyan. Fethiye) except on Sundays. The complex has free WiFi and there is a Public Pay phone on the site.
The 2 bedroom apartment consists of an entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds) both with en-suite bathrooms (one with bath & shower, one with shower cubicle, both with WC/bidet & wash hand basin), combined lounge & dining area, kitchen with electric/gas cooker, microwave oven, large fried/freezer, dish washer, electric toaster, electric kettle, sink, plenty of cupboard space, pots/pans/crockery/cutlery, linen, bath towels & beach towels all sufficient for 6 persons. Balconies at the front (overlooking the swimming pools and club house) and at the back (overlooking orchards). Fully equipped with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board, TV (Free view)/DVD player, hair drier, sun loungers and outside table & chairs on the front balcony. The settee in the lounge converts into a double bed.
The 3 bedroom apartment (Penthouse) consists of the 2 bedroom apartment as described above with an upstairs floor which has a very large balcony (suitable for private sun bathing, a small kitchen, large double bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, WC/bidet & wash hand basin.
Both floors (i.e. both 2 and 3 bedroom apartment) are fully air-conditioned.
Free welcome breakfast pack on arrival.
Complementary hand soap, washing powder, dish washer tablets, washing up liquid, cleaning equipment provided.
No check-in/out time: arrive/leave at any time of the day or night. Personal welcome by owner on arrival and farewell on departure.
A car is not essential but is recommended. Car hire can be easily arranged.
