It enjoys an excellent location which is only 10 minutes walk from the nice beach of Bahar Ic Caghaq and the beautiful coast road which would lead all the way to St Julians area,On the other side just 20 mins walk to the the Qawra promenade and the Bugibba area with its small sandy beach and the magnificeint views of St Paul's Islands.Just a short drive of about 30 mins away from Malta's biggest sandy beach of Mellieha Bay.Within 10 mins walking distance to restaurants, bars, more beaches, more shops. The bus stop is just 10 mins walk away from the penthouse and the routes can take you to visit Valleta the capital city of Malta or to the night life area in Paceville and the lovely fishing Bay of st Julians which is just 3 miles away. A taxi stand and the ferry boat are at a close distance in the neighbouring St Paul's Bay where one can enjoy boats trips to St Paul's island and sister islands of Gozo and Comino. The apartment is served with a lift accessible from the street level.
The property will be cleaned and prepared prior to each arrival, where fresh bed linen and towels are provided. We do not charge any cleaning fees however we expect that you clean the property and take care of it, just as if it were your own home.
