Nestled in the Spanish countryside amongst orange groves with a backdrop of mountains this villa is a perfect location for that memorable holiday.
This delightful typically Spanish Villa is situated on a flat, fully fenced and gated plot only 2 kilometres from the main village of Pedreguer. It is set in approximately 3,000 sq ms of landscaped traditional gardens with winter Clementine grove and a variety of fruit trees including orange, lemon, lime, almond, fig, nispero, apricot, olive and grape.
The property comes fully equipped, is bright and airy with good size rooms and includes an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. 3 double bedrooms with either double or king size bed, 2 of which have en suites. The fourth bedroom contains two single beds.
All windows are fitted with fly screens, blinds and rejas. The lounge, master ground floor bedroom and upstairs bedroom all have air conditioning whilst the remaining rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
Outside, there is a large 10m x 5m swimming pool with salt water chlorination system and outdoor shower. The kitchen area is fitted with sink, cupboards, fridge freezer and built in BBQ for al fresco dining. A washroom with toilet completes the outdoor facilities.
We have satellite TV with English and Spanish channels, Wireless Broadband connection and Bose Docking Speaker- all you need to do is bring your laptop!!
** A Welcome pack will be provided upon your arrival which includes : Tea, coffee, carton semi milk, sugar, water, beers, bottle of Cava or wine, crisps or croissants, French bread, butter, ham and either marmalade or jam.

The villa is ideally located to not only enjoy a peaceful and relaxing break but is also only a short drive from the fabulous beaches of Javea and Denia as well as being close to Junction 62 of the AP7 motorway. Thus giving easy access to both Alicante and Valencia Airports each of which is about a 75 minute drive away.
Pedreguer is a typical Spanish market town specializing in the manufacture of bags, hats and leather goods, located at the foot of the Muntanya Gran, surrounded by abundant agricultural farming land, orange groves and vineyards.
It is also the gateway to the beautiful Jalon Valley famous for its orange groves. In the summer month of July there is the week long fiesta dedicated to Sant Bonaventura with bull-running throughout the town. Market day is held on Saturday in the town centre while the large Rastro Market, held on Sundays on the Poligono, draws visitors from nearby towns and villages.
The Denia / Pedreguer area :
Denia is less than 10 km away. This beautiful town with it's Harbour and Marina sits in a peaceful area of the Costa Blanca and boasts a fabulous sandy beach, the largest in the area. There are some excellent restaurants sprinkled around it's labyrinth of narrow streets.
Famous for its abundant charm Denia still retains it's character & picturesque look especially in the quaint fisherman's quarter with it's cobbled streets and 12th century castle standing high above the town.
Other places to visit include the Jalon Valley, Guadalest & Fonts D'Algar
Within a short drive there are many interesting towns & villages especially the historic cliff top castle at Guadalest built by the Moors around 300BC.
For those wanting activities, Karting & Quad-biking are available locally. Plenty of water sports are on offer, including snorkelling, scuba diving and deep sea fishing. Various boat trips are also available in and around Denia.
For children big & small, visit Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar Marine Animal Park or Terra Mitica Theme Park all of which can be found near Benidorm.
There are 3 good golf courses nearby. La Sella, designed by Jos� Mar�a Olaz�bal in 1991, is highly recommended (about 10 mins drive) along with the popular Oliva & Javea golf courses both of which are about 20/25 mins drive.
Fancy a pony trek along the beach or a ride into the mountains? Check out the local Riding Stables at La Sella or Ondara.
The Caves at Benidoleig (5 mins drive) are also a popular local attraction.
Alternatively just relax by the pool with a cool drink and a good book!
Please be aware that most of the photographs for this villa have been taken at the beginning of the season when the grass was lush and green after the winter months...this year however we have had no major rainfall since last November and are not being allowed to water the garden with potable water. Unfortunately the ground is more brown than green this summer.
