It is situated on high ground at a locality of Flic en flac called Palmyre which is 1 Km from the beach of that famous sea resort. The village is so booming with activity especially in the evenings, that it is much more comfortable to reside in the peaceful and restful surroundings of Palmyre which is close to all the amenities and facilities which the resort offers to tourists. The villa is approved by the Ministry of Tourism as tourist residence and therefore complies with all the requirements for safety, security and confort of residents, such as an electronic alarm system eunder remote surveillance, third party insurance, airconditioning and electronic safe. Superb facilities and amenities have been set up at Flic en Flac to enhance its popularity as a top class tourist resort.
