This luxurious apartment is situated on the edge of the historic, hilltop village of Momjan in Istria. The apartment contains three double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. On the ground floor, the extensive lounge / dining area leads on to a large balcony, private barbecue area and in-ground swimming pool. The top level is an 'apartment within an apartment' consisting of the third double bedroom, expansive bathroom, and large sitting room. The sitting room leads on to a balcony which has spectacular views of the surrounding countryside including Momjan, vine-clad hills and the ruins of a 5th Century castle.
The spectacular Istrian coastline, wonderful Istrian wineries and restaurants, and historic townships and villages are readily accessible from the villa.
Momjan apartment: This apartment is joined and is in the middle of one big town house. Is in the stunning elevated position above the village of Momjan in the north of Istria. It's surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and orchards and have extensive views of the countryside to the sea. It has been built using local stone and blend perfectly into the surrounding landscape. It has been interior designed and the garden and pool area landscaped. The village and local area offer some good restaurants providing traditional dishes. There is also a shop and a post office in Momjan itself.
