Rental Notes
A cot is available for hire at a cost of €25/w.
A deposit of 20% will be required (non-refundable). Payable at time of booking, balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings of less than 7 nights, full payment will be required at time of booking including security deposit.
Security deposit of €200 payable at booking and returned within 10 days of departure subject to property inspection against any damages to the house or its furnishings.
