We fell in love with Regal Palms as soon as we saw the magnificent lazy river, 2 heated pools, waterslide, jacuzzi, sauna, steamroom, fitness centre, volley ball court, children play area. Our son did test out the lazy river, waterslide and pools and wholeheartedly recommends the facilities. What can be better than coming back from the Parks and relaxing on the sun lounger next to the pool whilst the children (and possibly you) enjoy the waterslide and lazy river. Tiki bar is located next to the pool. The resort now also plays "Dive in Movies" - a large movie screen which you can view from the pool.
We bought our air conditioned two-storey 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom executive townhouse only a few years ago and had the whole house newly refurbished and equipped to provide all the facilities you will need during your stay. Towels, linen, cutlery, glasses, plates, kitchen utentils etc are provided. We even have a porcelain tea pot!.
The ground floor was tiled in August 2011. The stairs and first floor have carpet. Wifi internet available in the house.

Rental Notes
All prices INCLUDE 12% Florida tax. The house will be cleaned after your departure and these costs are included in stays over five nights. Stays of five nights and shorter will be charged cleaning costs of $90.
An additional daily resort fee of $10 will be payable to the resort on arrival (payable oer house not per person).
Booking deposit - 20%
Balance to be paid - 2 months prior to arrival.
