The apartment is superbly situated in one of the most sought after areas of Nerja. Burriana beach is only 5 minutes walk with it's many bathing facilities, bars and restaurants just beyond.In the other direction the Balcon de Europa and all the attractions of the town centre are only a few minutes walk. Nerja while popular with visitors remains a largely unspoilt and scenic location with excellent shops, bars and restaurants and spectacular coastal and mountain scenery all around.
The apartment is ideal for visitors with disabilities, it has excellent ground floor access from the street outside and therefore could easily be used by most wheel-chair users or other people with mobility difficulties. Also the town centre is easily reachable along the pavements.
