Brand new in 2011 "Mickey’s Ritz" at Veranda Palms is a private vacation home providing spacious accommodation with luxury, upgraded contemporary furnishings. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large pool + spa (jacuzzi), a west facing pool deck with fabulous pool furniture, and a fully fitted Games Room. The home benefits from full air conditioning/heating. The priority of the owners, Jason and Kathryn, is the complete satisfaction of you, their guests. We aim to help you to make your stay that ‘trip of a lifetime.’
From the moment that you drive through the gated entrance into Veranda Palms you will feel as though you have entered a country estate. Yet, within minutes you could be playing miniature golf, riding go karts, jet skiing, eating at one of several local restaurants, or watching a dinner show.
Walt Disney World is only 4 miles (10 minutes) away.
Designed with you, the vacationer, in mind the home has been professionally furnished in a very modern and contemporary style with vaulted ceilings throughout. Providing every comfort that you could wish for. If you are looking for that ‘special place’ to spend your vacation, then we believe that this is the place for you.
Our home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests plus a baby/infant.
There are two living areas; the front has 2 large comfortable sofas (1 of which is a sofa bed). The family room has leather corner sofa + 40" LCD TV, DVD player and cable.
There are two dining areas, one with a formal dining table and one in the nook with 4 chairs. Additionally there is a breakfast bar with three stools.
The fully carpeted games room contains a 7ft Pool Table, 7ft Air Hockey Table along with a bar table and stools.
All in, there is a total of 2356 sq ft of living space under the roof.
The large open plan dining kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker and vacuum cleaner.
The laundry area is found in the garage with large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron & vacuum.
The luxurious en-suite master bedroom has a king size bed, 26” LCD TV/DVD combi, safe, and walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed with ensuite facilities.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have 2 single beds each.
Additionally there is a family bathroom.
Outside there is a large 30ft x 15ft heated pool which is west facing allowing you to swim and sit in the sun until dusk.
There are four luxury sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs and a sun awning to provide that bit of shade when required.
The villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.
All linen and towels are provided including pool/beach towels.
Our local experienced management company is on hand 24 hours a day and together with us want to provide you with an exceptional, individual, customer service experience.
A full information pack will be forwarded to you either by post or email approximately two weeks before you arrive. This package includes advising guests how to locate and access our home, provides information about our home and the local area (supermarkets/restaurants etc) and about our management company. It also provides information about many of the attractions that Orlando has to offer.
Our own details are provided from the day you make contact and we are always available to answer any questions prior to and during your visit.
