A lovely recently redecorated holiday home,about 10 minutes from Disney,with 3 bedrooms including a master en-suite bedroom, large through lounge diner/kitchen area.
The Master ensuite bedroom is situated on the ground floor and with wide doorways the groundfloor area of our our home is wheelchair friendly
Fully air conditioned(new in October 2009)and fans in all rooms. Free high speed Internet for use with your own laptops. The phone provides free Local calls. A fully screened Lanai with sun beds at the rear. Parking bays are at the front.
There is a beautiful heated swimming pool, hot tub and large sun deck for sunbathing. We have a new queen bed and furniture in the master bedroom and new tables, furniture and table lamps in the lounge,
Looking out of the lounge window you can see the real Florida with a vast area of forestry and wildlife. We have seen a wide variety of birds and a giant turtle ourselves.
We have a large number of guests returning year after year to enjoy the peace and tranquility we offer together with our easy access to all theme parks,attractions and Golf courses and with fantastic shopping on the 192 and International Drive
• Orlando international Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. There are two other international Airports within easy driving distance. 1. Sanford International Airport is approximately 60 minutes away. 2. Tampa International airport is about 70 minutes away
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The 192 and International drive areas are very popular for shopping and dining out including Festival bay and prime outlets for those days you crave shopping. There are also numerous fast food/dining facilities such as Dennys, Arbys, Golden Corral and Ponderosa to mention but a few.
• Nearby Attractions: Disney World is only a 10 minute drive away. Seaworld and the universal Parks are about 30 minutes drive away. The highway 192 has a good selection of shops and attractions/restaurants along its route and the famous international Drive area boasts a selection of shopping malls and attractions such as the Titanic, Wet n Wild, Ripleys Believe It or Not and Wonderworks.
