A Spanish-owned alpujarran country house, with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. It is set in its own private and fenced gardens with shrubs, flowers and some fruit trees.
The cortijo is very private, it has its own swimming pool and is only 10 minutes from Orgiva.
The house is enclosed by a fence, with private parking within the gates. It is only 10 minutes drive from Orgiva. Orgiva itself has all facilities such as banks, shops, restaurants and cafes.
The area is in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is very well placed for visiting the historical city of Granada and the famous Alhambra palace, and also for visiting the mountain villages in the Sierra Nevada. It is only 40 minutes from the Costa Tropical.
Accommodation and facilities.
One double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one with bunk beds.
Large lounge, fireplace, television, and fully fitted kitchen. Microwave oven. Washing machine.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside
The house is totally enclosed with private gardens and a large swimming pool. There is a covered patio area, barbecue and garden furniture.
The garden is safe for children and there are lovely views of the surrounding mountains.
Distances
The cortijo is only 10 minutes from the town of Orgiva and an easy two hours drive from Malaga Airport, 50 minutes from Granada and 40 minutes from the coast.
This lovely house is owned by a local Spanish family, and I, Malcolm de Ste Croix with my colleague, Inma Hidalgo, manage this property for them. On your arrival in Orgiva you will be met by one of us and taken to the house, we will also give you any local information you may require to help you enjoy your holiday. Car hire
Car hire is essential for seeing this beautiful area. We are agents for a very good company, and we can organise this for you if you wish.
Changeover days
Changeover days are any day of the week, this helps you to find cheaper flights, except from 2 July to 3 Sept, when changeovers must be from Saturday to Saturday.
Clients arriving can access the cortijo at 14.00pm. Clients leaving must vacate by 10.00am.
