Our Home in Thousand Oaks is not your typical rental home, with 2240 sqft of living space and everything you could need to make your holiday perfect this really is your home from home. Backing onto conservation land, peace and tranquilty await you after a hectic day at the parks!
The open plan ground floor living accomodation is perfect if you are a large group, with a separate lounge and family room, formal dining area and large breakfast nook.
LCD TV and DVD, X Box & games, FREE WiFi and FREE local calls.
Fully equipped Kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, all the cooking utensils and crockery you would have at home.
Formal Dining Table seats 6 with further seating for 4 at the Breakfast table and a further 4 at the breakfast bar.
Laundry Room houses a separate washer and dryer as well as iron and ironing board.
Downstairs Cloakroom.
Games room with Pool table and electronic Darts Board, Pool toys, BBQ and more!
Master Bedroom with Queen bed, patio doors leading directly onto Pool deck, LCD TV/DVD, ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower, his and hers washbasins, walk in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 has a Double and a Single bed, plenty of storage space, bed linen and towels.
Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds and is decorated with a Disney theme to delight our younger guests, again plenty of storage space, bed linen and towels.
Pool and Spa, a large swimming pool with Patio dining set and loungers to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Pool can be heated at your request for an additional charge.
