Palm View is a Luxury villa sleeping 18 + situated in the heart of Javea just 1km from the sandy Arenal and bars,cafes,restuarants,shops.The port is approx 4 min drive.The Magnificent luxury 9 bedroom villa has 8 shower rooms,(5 of which are en suite) 3 kitchens,3 dining areas.Large lounge on the 1st floor with sliding doors opening onto the covered Naya with a magnificent table and seating for up to 18 for al fresco meals.The villa can break down into 3 self contained apartments of 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and a 4 bedroom.All bedrooms have hairdryers.(please check that the villa has 2 super king beds, 2 double and the rest are twins. This spacious villa has been designed for large families with children,large groups and conferences in mind. We have a "Conference/Home Cinema Room" with a Large projection screen,surround sound,Satelite free to air TV, DVD player,Bring your own card and you can watch more channels.There is a separate children's chill out room with Sofa, bean bags,DVD, X box 360.We have been hosts to celebrity guests.We have a safe.This is a non smoking villa but there are many terraces where you can smoke. There is a separate laundry area.
The swimming pool area is private and not overloked, the view is of the beautiful Montgo mountain and orange and grape vine groves. Very safe for children. There is a Poolside bar,Marble table, chairs,2 fridge freezers and sink with hot and cold water all in a Covered cabana for more shade.For entertainment we have 2 further cabanas with free to play pool table,and table tennis . The Large purpose built BBQ has lighting for those late evenings.The villa has a grassed area with palm trees and the front has a court yard with parking for up to 5 cars.The beach is 1km from the villa and takes around 7 mins to walk. There are restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and a fun fair all in this area. There is for children trampolines,mini golf and Go carting for all ages.
The villa is large enough to add in extra beds over the number of 18 persons at a surcharge of £140 each person.
We can arrange return coach collection from Alicante or Valencia airport.Although you can walk to most places comfortably we do recommend that you have at least one car.
