Four bedroom town house, owner-maintained. Fully fitted kitchen, 2 en-suite bathrooms, 3rd shared bathroom. Two sleeper couches in lounge. Cable TV in every bedroom and wireless high speed internet access. All bedrooms with walk-in cupboards. End of terrace property so very spacious. Kitchen has large fridge with ice-maker, microwave and dish-washer. Fully air-conditioned and very comfortable. In quieter part of resort and within a few minutes' walk of the Pool and Spa. Highly professional management company to cater for any queries you may have.

Delightful, large pool area with plenty of sun-bed accommodation. Night-time entertainment provided and is great fun!

Rental Notes
$70-$80 per night depending on time of year. This includes all taxes and cleaning fees but not the $10 per day resort fee payable locally. Minimum 5 night stay. Fewer than 5 nights incurs cleaning fee of $85 .
All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. A booking will be confirmed in writing or via email once the completed booking form and the 20% deposit has been received.
2. Full payment for rental is due not later than six weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made within six weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of the booking.
3. A security deposit of $150/£100 is payable and will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure following a satisfactory Management Company report of no loss or damage to the property.
4. The property should be left clean and undamaged. If the property is not left in a suitable condition, it may be necessary to use the security deposit for any costs incurred.
5. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payment has not been received in accordance with the conditions above.
6. Bookings paid for by credit card will incur a 4% surcharge. This is a bank levy.
