Aquamarina is in a small peaceful complex on the outskirts of Cuidad Quesada reputed to be the healthiest region in Europe with acclaimed salt lagoons,superb climate and abundance of orange and lemon groves. There are a number of lovely restaurants,(the Budapest, 2 mins walk) pubs and supermarkets within walking distance. Within a five minute drive there is the beautiful sandy beach at Guadamar with its miles of dunes, where the biggest pine forest of the Costa Blanca is located. Bustling Torrevieja is just 10 minutes with its beautiful promenade, international marina, and, of course, hundreds of restaurants, terraces, pubs and and wonderful open air market. Alicante and Murcia airports are both less than half an hour away.
The Apartment is air conditioned with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a fold up bed in the front converted terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with full cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and the living area has a satellite TV, video recorder and hi-fi system. There is a bathroom with over bath shower.
Outside: There is a small garden with furniture and gas barbeque which overlooks the beautiful swimming pool.
To the rear is a secured car park, with enclosed car port.
