This fabulous 5 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom villa is in an enviable position being both in a quiet residential area, yet walking distance form shops bars and restaurants. It has a private pool, safe parking and a beautiful private garden. Centro Plaza is only 10 minutes walk and Puerto Banús with its fabulous array of entertainment is aprox 15 minutes walk away.
This villa was designed in a very Arabic style which is why many of the terrace doors are framed in Arabic shapes and the whole sweeping circular terraces add grandeur to the whole structure.
The villa is spread over 4 floors. On the roof is a huge sun terrace with fabulous panoramic views including the famous “La Concha” mountain.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a second lounge area. The sweeping circular terraces accessed form all 3 bedrooms and the upper lounge house a Jacuzzi, and several shaded areas to sit and enjoy the views. The large upper lounge has a sofa bed to sleep additional guests and a table and chairs for board games or for use as a breakfast area.
The first floor has a kitchen diner with all mod cons, a TV and is fully fitted with everything for those who love to cook. There is an enormous open plan space which consists of designer bar, with fridge freezer, a huge dining area with steps down to the pool and garden and 2 separate lounge areas. The TV lounge has a flat screen Satellite TV and DVD player. On this floor there is also a guest cloakroom and several accesses to the garden.
The ground floor consists of two further bedrooms and bathrooms – both ensuite and direct access to the pool through Patio doors.
The outside garden is a delight of foliage and palm trees with an Arabic water fountain and lots of different dining areas. The pool has a shallow and deep end and there are many shaded areas throughout the garden
All the furniture and furnishings are modern and quality and some of the bedrooms also have Satellite TV.
PURTO BANUS
For those of you who have never visited Puerto Banus before, you are in for an absolute treat! Those of you who have been before will already know you are coming back to the most “happening” resort in the Costa del Sol.
Puerto Banus is unique – based around a harbour filled with speed boats to enormous luxury yachts with cars to match and packed full of designer shops, bars, restaurants, cinemas, market stalls, department stores, and the most spectacular array of trendy, jet setting people – it’s no wonder Puerto Banus has been a playground to the rich and famous for decades!
The beaches of Puerto Banus feature are part of a fabulous stretch of golden sandy beaches known as the “Golden Mile” where you will find water sports, lots of chiringitoes (beach restaurants), chill out beach bars, golden sands and views out to Gibraltar and even Africa. To top it off - Puerto Banus is surrounded by many of the best golf courses, marine, aqua and safari parks and beaches in the whole of Spain.
Puerto Banus is located just west of Marbella, before you reach the small town of San Pedro de Alcantara. This is the place to be pampered yacht side and ogle those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. The setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views.
