This large family villa and apartment has the capacity of comfortably sleeping 12 guests. As you enter the main house you will find the large lounge with TV and a selection of English speaking channels,dvd player and ipod doc. The light and area dining room with seating for 8 people leads onto the covered BBQ area with cane sofa and chairs and additional outside table and chairs for dining al fresco.
There are sun beds with cushions around the swimming pool and pool towels are provided for you. From here you will have a good view of the children playing in the play area or on the covered area with 8 in 1 gaming table (ping pong, table football).
The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the usual cutlery and crockery for dining at home. There is also seating for four people at the breakfast table provided.
There are four bedrooms in the main house. One double bedroom with ample wardrobe space, dressing table with stool and mirror and chair with a reading light. One twin bedroom with ample wardrobe space, dressing table with stool and mirror. One bedroom with two set of bunk beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ample wardrobe space, dressing table with mirror, flat screen TV connected up to the main house satellite and chair. The master bedroom also has patio doors leading onto the pool terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, separate walk in shower, sink with a large mirror, WC and bidet. The main house bathroom has a bath, sink in a vanity unit with a mirror and WC. The main house has a small laundry room with washing machine and outside drying area.
There is a gallery room upstairs with panoramic views of the Island. This room is dedicated to the younger guest or young at heart. Here you will find another TV with Playstation2 and a video player. There is also a selection of books for your enjoyment.
The self contained apartment has its own separate facilities. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer and seating for three people. The lounge area has TV with a selection of English speaking channels. It has a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower, sink in a vanity unit with a mirror and lights, WC and bidet. There is also a small laundry room with washing machine and a sink. This apartment has a double bedroom with wardrobes.
Complimentary welcome packs are provided in both the villa and apartment (if used) consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, wine, beer x2, fizzy drink x2, water, fruit juice, milk and biscuits.
Children 2yrs and under free of charge.
Please note-Small parties of guests (under 8 guests)wishing to use the apartment with the villa,a surchage of £100 per week will be required.
