If you are looking for somewhere special to spend your holiday, then this villa could be the place for you.
A well appointed 4 bedroom villa just a few kilometres west of Albufeira and within easy walking distance of the lovely beaches at São Rafael.
It offers beautiful décor with quality furniture and fittings throughout, all chosen with impeccable taste.
Every creature comfort is here: air conditioning, heating, huge satellite TV, wireless internet access, a games room, comfortable beds, settees that you can sink into, stunning bathrooms and a fabulous kitchen, and a piped music/intercom system that goes to every room of the house – even the smallest loo!
The accommodation consists of four bedrooms, - two double ensuites and two twins. One double ensuite is on the ground floor, the master ensuite double is on the 1st floor, as are the two twin bedrooms. The twin bedrooms share a bathroom which has a bath with shower and also a separate walk in shower. Each bedroom has doors leading to a balcony.
There is a huge lounge / dining room on the ground floor, furnished beautifully with large flat screen satellite tv (free to air channels) and a selection of DVDs and CDs are provided. This has patio doors leading to the pool.
The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor also. In the garage basement you will find a games room which is equipped with a pool table, table tennis table, table football and a dart board. There is also a toilet and shower in this area.
The pool which is approximately 12m x 4m is situated in a south facing position in front of the living area. The outside is set up perfectly for al fresco dining, the covered terrace with comfortable outside dining furniture sitting directly in front of the kitchen. The barbecue area is next to this. At one end of the pool there is a newly decked terrace offering additional relaxation space.
The villa is located in a beautiful area with a choice of stunning beaches, the nearest being São Rafael, only a 5 minute walk away. Most have cafés / restaurants with sun beds available to hire. Water sports are also available. There are also some smaller coves, some only accessible on foot. It is a beautiful coastline and there are lovely cliff top walks.
Within easy walking distance there is a local supermarket where you can buy most things for your everyday needs and a choice of good restaurants and bars.
The location is perfect if you wish to be away from the “hustle and bustle” but still within easy reach of all the facilities that Albufeira has to offer.
