Rental Notes
20% deposit on booking (minimum of £100) - balance 8 weeks before rental period. Deposit not refundable if booking cancelled. Once balance of rental has been paid this will only be refunded if we are able to rebook this period (less 10% administration charge). Rental starts from 4.00 p.m. on day of arrival, and apartment must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance by special arrangement.
