A peaceful quiet retreat in the country.
This beautifully renovated small barn has been delightfully fitted out for 2 people. There is a fully fitted Kitchen with all the necessary for self catering including - cooker, washing machine, fridge, toaster,filter coffee maker, iron etc, and pleasant eating area.
The double bedroom has an on-suite bathroom and all linen and towels are supplied.
The Lounge with high ceilings and exposed beams is comfortably furnished with TV (English,)and DVD etc; and has French doors opening straight onto the patio,which is great for your outdoor
dining.
The patio is a sun trap and has table, chairs, a swing sofa and BBQ.
It also has beautiful country views and stunning sunsets.
A lovely spot to sip your wine in the evening and spot the wild life.
For your comfort there are cooling fans plus ceiling fan for summer, and for winter electric central heating plus gas wood stove look-alike. (Heat without the mess).
The pool is set in the stunning countryside with views all around. There is a pool house with seating area and the pool has paved terrace with all the usual loungers etc.
All the towns have eating places and weekly markets, with the nearest Villereal a lovely bastide with all the facilities you could want, plus Intermarshe, only 10 mins away by car. Or it is walkable. It has 2 market days in summer plus 1 night market.
We are only ˝ hr from both BERGERAC and VILLENEUVE, 1˝ hrs from TOULOUSE and 2 hrs from BORDEAUX.
