Guardamar with its 8 beaches and marina is very popular. There are many other beaches including La Marina and La Zenia, with Blue Flag status. Secure parking is provided in an underground car park with lift access to all levels of the apartment block. There is a communal swimming pool, plus larger municipal pool opposite (high season only). The village is friendly and relaxing. A variety of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and banks all within a short walk.
There are ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as a free-standing fan. There are also heaters for the colder months. The washing machine is housed in a separate utility room with all the necessary washing essentials. There are also beach chairs, pool/beach accessories and picnic eqipment, including cold box.
