| This beautiful villa is ideally situated on the rugged coastline of the Algarve, enjoying views across the lush gardens to the ocean. Only a few minutes drive to the village/town of Carvoeiro, once a sleepy fishing village now a small town catering for all demands, yet retaining all its original charm and history.
No shortage of restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, nightlife and fishing excursions. (Please see our Restaurants and About the Area buttons). Many other large towns within easy reach, Lagos, Vilamoura, Almancil and Guia. There is the benefit of a reception area for this location, nearby, with central pool, children’s pool, mini golf, tennis courts and sandy beach.
The Villa:
Approached by a sweeping driveway and parking for twelve cars, complimented by tropical plants and trees, to the impressive entrance. The villa has an alarm system, telephone and heating.
The beautiful lounge with Sat T.V., and dining room has the feature of modern low light multi ceiling down lights carried throughout the ground floor. Access to the terraces, gardens and pool from here to the built-in B.B.Q. and pool area with poolside gazebo. Modern bright kitchen with fridge freezer and microwave.
One double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one shower room, to share. Also two double bedrooms, one bathroom to share and one double bedroom with en-suite. All have access to front gardens. The pool and gardens are beautiful with ample pool furniture and gazebo.
