Los Caballos is a beautiful large detached Andalucian villa set in its own sub tropical grounds with panoramic views across the foothills, mountains and sea. The villa is a short drive to the enchanting 9th Century Moorish village of Mijas with its narrow walkways and quaint shops museums and churches, not to mention an abundance of restaurants and tapas bars. Aqua Park,golf courses and Tivoli World theme park also the dolphin Park are also a short drive away and is a must for all the family. Marbella and the ritzy well known Marina of Puerto Banus is approximately twenty minutes drive.
Four double bedrooms, one with the benefit of a nottingham lace four poster bed with large shower room en-suite. Master bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The 5th bedroom with twin beds, TV and DVD / . Triple aspect large lounge/dining room with 7 speaker and l digital Sky Sat TV, DVD and video recorder, broadband connection and free telephone for local calls open log fire for winter lets and CD tape player. Marble floors throughout. Additional sleeping can be provided on the bed settee and extra beds becoming a double bed. The large kitchen is fully equipped with every necessary appliance including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and microwave Etc.
A combination safe has been installed in the premises for clients’ use, the combination of which would be sent to clients with the keys. There is a poolside bar area with fridge various garden furniture and brick built barbecue on the pool level. The games room consists of; classic football table, mini pool table, electronic dart board, children dart board & a giant 4 in a line. The 10x5 meter swimming pool has underwater lighting and Roman step end, and again is kept to a very high standard by the pool maintenance man who visits regularly.
There are many bars and restaurants in nearby Fuengirola and Mijas, and within walking distance there is a delightful modern restaurant and bar called “ El Potro” with regular live entertainment. Tennis courts and horse riding are nearby and of course golf on Mijas golf course (which can be seen from the villa’s terraces). There is also Lew Hoad’s world famous tennis club nearby, and water sports. Golf tee off times can be arranged secured on over thirty courses along the coast. The villa has ADSL Broadband Internet conection and free local calls.
