Modern apartment, built in 2009, furnished to a high quality 100 meters from the sea, shops,weekly market and good local restaurants. Turkish Bath on site and shared pool at nearby sister complex 2 mins walk away.15 mins from the brand new Vita Park golf club where you can also wine and dine. Only 10 mins transfer time from Bodrum airport this Turkish fishing village has a lot to offer those wanting a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings. 30/40 mins by car,taxi or bus is the town of Bodrum which offers a huge choice of shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, markets, bars and nightclubs.
Gulluk: Just around the corner from Marina Sol is Gulluk town centre where you are able to wander around its quaint little shops. You will find a local bank, cash machines and car/moped hire should you need them. There is a weekly market (Thursday) here and two excellent supermarkets that will provide you with all your supplies. There are a number of bakeries where you can purchase fresh bread, traditional Turkish savouries and pastries such as Baklava.
There are a number of restaurants where you can sample a traditional Turkish dish, either locally caught fish or traditional meat dishes. These can be eaten in or a take away service is available. Also you will find a couple of Internet cafes & Joe's Bar where you can have a drink & use the wireless Internet free of charge.
The Marina Sol apartments are only 100 meters from the sea, where you can hop on a boat for the day to take in the sun or take a dip in the beautiful Aegean sea. Gulluk has its own beach and there are many others to choose from in this area. You can also take a ferry to Bodrum from Gulluk harbour. If you wish to relax by the sea, Fuego's is an excellent venue for sunbathing during the day. if you prefer more lively entertainment, a visit to Fuego's at night will reveal one of the town's hotspot.
You can see the local fishermen bring in their catch and if you like fish there is no better place to experience the taste of fresh fish dishes than Gulluk's harbour-front restaurants. There is a fish market in Gulluk so you can buy your own and cook it back in the apartment.
In the day this gorgeous little fishing village is quietly energetic with experiences for both families and couples alike. I cannot stress enough just how unspoilt Gulluk is.
By night you can experience the excellent local restaurants overlooking the harbour and the whole wide bay with the beautiful Aegean sea. You can stroll along the promenade, stop off and have a few drinks, or during the summer months take an evening cruise on one of the boats situated only minutes from your apartment. Local tour companies offer boat trips and inland excursions to explore more of this area.
Bodrum: About 30 mins away by car or 40 mins by local bus, Bodrum is an established Mediterranean destination with an atmospheric old town combined with new, modern facilities. It has an upmarket reputation and provides an excellent place to visit during your stay in Gulluk.

Gulluk is only 10 mins from Bodrum airport, so a taxi is an ideal way to reach the apartment but we can arrange a transfer for you for a small cost of £20 return for 2 people and an extra £5 per additional person.
