(We are located 2 Minutes from Osceola Parkway, the main route leading to Disney and major shopping). Cocoa beach is just an hour away.
This well maintained villa is equipped to a high standard not just for our guests, it is fitted out for us, (we spend 6 months there each year). So as you can appreciate it has all mod cons. Is very comfortable and most needs are catered for. There are four double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), lounge/dining room, family room, breakfast area, separate utility room (washer / drier) and a modern kitchen with everything.
The bedrooms comprise two queen, one full and two single beds, (very comfortable), For your entertainment, there are five TV’s, a DVD Hifi, and, to ensure your every convenience a full supply of linens, hairdryers, phone (calls free within the USA & Canada) iron and ironing board.
Patio doors lead off the lounge and master bedroom to the large pool (15feet x 30 feet). The pool can be heated on request. The deck is equipped with sun beds, chairs and tables. Backing on to a conservation area you are ensured of privacy and a quiet relaxing time with lots of SUN.
