This is a very quiet area even in the hight of summer total relaxation,the pool only services a few properties so it always quiet

The house is light and airy set on 3 levels with a great roof solarium on the top level.
This coast of Spain enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per year with very little rainfall and with a generously warm average temperature of 19°C makes it ideal for visiting the various sites of the Costa Blanca.
Although the house is in a quiet bated community there is a small selection of Restaurants and shops a short distance away if you do not wish to drive .
Car Hire for a stay at this property would be recommended,,to see the area .It is not 100% essential if you wish just a quiet relaxing stay
There is so much to do in the area you will be spoilt for choice.
Several blue flag beaches withing driving distance.
Historic Murcia and Cartagena are within a 30 minute car journey
This area is abundant with golf courses three Las Ramblas Campoamor & And famous Villa Martine and the complex are 10 minutes drive from the property .
