The villa is located in a quiet, street in the urbanisation of El Chaparral about 4 klms from the lively town of Torrevieja. It has a high perimeter wall and a large 600 mtr plot with gardens, three patios, private pool, and secluded sun terrace. There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom with on suite. plus separate shower / toilet room. A large lounge with two seven foot leather sofas, sky television with all the English channels a separate kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave etc. There are two sets of tables and chairs and a large gas bar b que for al fresco dining.It is five minutes walk from the villa to the local bars and restaurants, banks, garage (with English newspapers and fresh bread), car hire and chemist. The nearest beach is La Mata being 3 klms from the villa and there are also several lively beaches with bars and restaurants on the edge of Torrevieja also the vast beach of Guardamar which is approximately 12 klms from the villa.
Three minutes walk from the villa there is a wild and stunning natural park with sandy paths, which is ideal for walkers and cyclists in the cooler months . A local walking group welcomes holiday makers and makes the journey to the seaside resort of La Mata every Sunday morning (two hour leisurely walk) and there is a more exacting walk on Wednesdays. There is also the opportunity to walk in the hills about 35 mins drive from the villa with a guide and the company organising the same will collect and return you to El Chaparral. The go cart track is about 3 klms away and there is horse riding and a, water park locally.The villa is within 30 mins driving distance of five golf courses. There is a good local bus service 3 mins walk from the villa. There is a local market every day of the week with many bargains to be had plus several high class designer shops in Torrevieja itself. The villa is ideal for families who want a lively and varied holiday plus the chance for some chill out time. The area is well populated in winter as there are many full time residents living nearbye.
