Welcome to Casa de la Sol Saliente a gorgeous 3 bedroom villa that sleeps 7 people comfortably, with large, private swimming pool, situated in a delightful, peaceful setting within the glorious countryside of the Axaquia Region. Just 5mins stroll to the lakeside, 2 excellent restaurants and a shop. Whilst in the midst of the delightful National Park, the villa is only 20mins from the colourful beachlife of the Costa del Sol at Torre del Mar. With numerous activities available, easy access for touring the charming local villages and grand Cities of Malaga, Cordoba, Seville and Granada, or simply relaxing by the pool with a glass of vino and a good book makes the Villa your ideal holiday destination. Set in over an acre of grounds the house has fabulous, uninterrupted views across Lake Vinuela to Magnificent Mount Maroma and easy access from the Ctra Colmenar 356.
Accommodation:
All Rooms have air conditioning and/or ceiling fans (sitting room, 2 bedrooms have a/c which doubles as heating during winter months)
The living area is very large open plan with stunning views and 3 large sliding glass doors two providing direct access to the pool which is just 3 meters from the house. There are two large couches, various pieces of antique furniture, a huge dining table seating up to 8, Sky TV and an Open Fire for winter lets.
The Kitchen is modern, and fully fitted with green granite work surfaces a dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven and water heater etc.
The Three Bedrooms are all quiet and comfortable:
1. Double bedroom suite with sprung mattress, air conditioning/ heating lovely country views an en suite shower room, gorgeous views and sliding double glass doors.
