| BEACHES AND ATTRACTIONS IN THE AREA
If you really want to have some valuable time to recuperate those weary limbs and mind, look no further. Within a short car journey of the villa, there is a beautiful sandy beach.If you could do without the sand why not chill out by the pool!
In the area are wonderful beaches.Our favourites our La Zenia and Guardamar.All beaches are blue flag and have restaurants and bars nearby.
There are all manner of watersports for the energetic!
Torrevieja is a large city with plenty of shops and restaurants.It has an excellent water front with promenade,cafes,restaurants and marina.
The front at Alicante is only 25 to 30 minutes away and has a wonderful Marina,a floodlit castle overlooking the bay and every conceivable type of cuisine is catered for.The shops in Alicante are very good and of course the famous El Corte Ingles is a must visit.
For the kids a must is Terra Mitica.It is a large theme park near Benidorm(60 minutes away).It is themed into different worlds and the rides are great.Unlike Disney you can find your way around relatively easy and you can cover the entire park in a day.
