Our apartment is located in the Costa Lita development. The apartment is on the second floor with a lift (elevator).
It is a spacious 3 year old apartment with 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. There are 3 bathrooms two with baths and shower one with shower. All the bathrooms are fully fitted and marbled tiled. Two of the bathrooms are ensuites to the Bedrooms.
Towels and bedding are provided.
It is fully airconditioned.
The lounge has 3 couches and a dining area with an extendable dining table and seating. The lounge also has a colour TV and Satellite link up.
The Kitchen is fully equiped with hob,oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, juicer and granite worktops. We have all the crockery, glassware and serving dishes etc that you will need.
The utility room is also fully equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The main private balcony, equipped with a large dining table and four chairs and couches and lounge chairs, overlooks the swimming pool and beautiful tropical gardens.
This development is low rise meaning only six stories in total. All the development is surrounded by beautifully kept tropical style gardens. You walk through the gardens to the beach about 200 metres away.
We can accept payment in Sterling or Euros.
Please note there is a Euros 80.00 charge for cleaning etc payable locally for each booking in addition to the rental.
