Description

The Townhouse is set on the side of a hill overlooking the stunning and rural Jalon Valley. The valley is overlooked by the magnificent Sierra Bernia Mountains, and the valley is full of orange, lemon, almond and olive trees, lush vegetation, fantastic vineyards and breathtaking scenery. It is said to be one of the finest examples of rural Spain.

The property is built to a very high standard and has air-conditioning and heating throughout. Access to all levels of the complex is by lifts, and the development has communal walkways, gardens and a large swimming pool with childrens area. There are also separate male and female toilets and changing rooms.

The local area has many restuarants with menus of the day including bread and wine from 7€ per person. There are also many bars, shops and excellent Bodegas where you can purchase local wine by the litre, some as reasonable as 1€ a litre. Suitable for all of the Family, Children Welcome, Long Term Rentals Welcome. A Car Is Needed. Other local activities include Cycling, Diving, Fishing, Golf, Horse Riding, Mountain Biking, Mountaineering, Sailing, Swimming, Tennis, Walking and Water Skiing. Also Benidorm and Spains answer to Disney World, Terra Mitica, can be found within 30 minutes drive and there are 3 excellent Golf courses La Sella, Javea and Ifach within 30 minutes of the Townhouse.

We can highly recommend the Townhouse if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday with breathtaking views, but close to numerous bars, restaurants, shops and a short drive to numerous beaches and upmarket coastal resorts like Moraira and Javea. This would suit a family looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of coastal resorts.
