•Lounge area with seating for 6 as well as double sofa bed for 7/8 persons
•Dining with seating for 6
•Satelite TV and DVD player

The kitchen is fitted out with;
•Microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer (with water dispenser and icemaker), toaster, kettle, dishwasher
•Full compliment of 6 dining sets, complete cooking utensils and pans/pots.
•Utility room includes washing machine
Outside facilities:
•Private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers, comfy sofa and armchair

All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).
The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

A stunning 3 bedroom front line spacious luxury villa with far reaching views to the mountains directly opposite a tranquil lake on the fairway. A beautiful whitewashed villa, with beautiful interior and exterior furnishings, including a 4 poster bed in the master suite.

ABOUT EL VALLE GOLF AND AREA
The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all. San Javier Airport is a 15 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 1 hour drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.
The Alcor villas have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a private pool.
The Algaba villas are bigger with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and additional cloakroom, and a larger private pool.
The Adarga villas are much bigger with 5 bedrooms.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.
20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.
