This new spacious luxury Villa was only completed in May 2009. It is a short stroll to the beach and only 5 minutes drive to the nearest Championship Golf Course. A further 28 golf courses are within a 30 minute drive. There are two 'on the beach' international cuisine restaurants
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground. Each first floor bedroom is en suite (one with Jacuzzi) and the downstairs bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. The villa benefits from being fully air conditioned (Heating & Cooling) and a wood burning stove. The private heated pool is 10m x 5m with shallow steps to assist access. Each first floor bedroom has its own private balcony/terrace.
The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, microwave, halogen hob/extract, dishwasher and automatic washer. All cookware is provided. Other items include irons, ironing board, hair dryers, pool toys, integral vacuum, surround sound piped throughout the villa, external shower etc.
The Lounge has a 42" TV with Sky & a DVD player/recorder. An 8 seater leather corner suite provides luxurious comfort. The adjacent Sitting room has conservatory style chairs, foot rests and a further coffee table which can be taken outside should you prefer. A Bookcase is provided which allows a Book Exchange. Outside a Patio set, complete with reclining chairs and granite Lazy Susan, provides for a perfect external dining area. Sun loungers with cushions are also provided
The historic town of Lagos is 2km away where you can visit the Marina, shop or dine in the various choices of restaurants. Golfing, Water sports, horse riding, diving, Zoo, Water slide park, Swimming with Dolphins, etc. facilities are all close by
The villa is suitable for disabled people although please check with the owner for any special requirements. The front entrance door is wide and has no threshold. Two double doors then provide access to the ground floor. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom mean those who have difficulty using stairs have all they need on the ground floor
SMOKING: Smoking is allowed on the bedroom Balconies and externally, but not in the interior
PETS: Pets are allowed at the owners discretion and subject to details being provided for assessment
