The apartment has two well appointed bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds.
Access to the apartment is via the elevator (wheelchair friendly) or stairs.
The living room has a dining area, it has comfortable leather seating, an LCD television, a satellite digibox complete with card to watch British free to air channels, a DVD, CD player and radio combined within a hi-fi unit.
It also has a south west facing balcony with table and chairs. It overlooks the communal swimming pool and garden.
The well equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher and automatic washing machine. There is also a iron, ironing board and hair drier.
There are one and a half bathrooms. One has a bath / shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet. The other has a toilet and wash basin.
Linen and electricity for lighting, cooking and hot water are included in the rental price.
The apartment has full Air Conditioning with both cooling and heating. In order to keep our rental costs at a reasonable price the Air Conditioning power supply is on a coin meter. The cost to run the Air Conditioning works out at 1 Euro / 3 hours of use.
In addition to the balcony off the living room, the apartment has a private roof space with tables, chairs and a barbeque.
We have a no smoking policy and would be obliged if you would refrain from smoking inside the apartment.
ABOUT ESTEPONA
Estepona lies about 50 minutes drive from Malaga airport, in a westerly direction. Follow the signs for Cadiz and take the autopista toll road which is much quicker.
You will pass signs for Marbella and Puerto Banus, well known places that you may wish to visit during your stay.
Estepona is a typically Andalucian town with its quaint streets, shops and bodegas.
Two minutes walk from the apartment is a Supercor supermarket which has a bakery, butchers, fishmongers and delicatessen.
Estepona has two beaches, one which runs past the town centre and has a long promenade. The other, Playa del Cristo, lies in a cove to the west of the port. Both are within a leisurely stroll from the apartment.
The port is divided between the fishing industry and leisure craft. It is a busy social place with it's bars,restaurants and shops. It also has a Sunday market.
Surrounding Estepona there are some 14 golf courses, a safari park and many other attractions. There are places of interest just a short drive away, such as Ronda, the home of Spain's first bull ring, Gibralter, Casares, Marbella, Puerto Banus, etc.
