Rental Notes
Change over days are flexable.
A 25% booking deposit is required along with a photo copy of the principal guests passport.
A damage / security deposit of £300 is held until the return of the keys and an inventory check is compleated.
The balance of the rental is due 4 weeks prior to the holiday.
Cleaning will be done prior to your arrival, and a clean set of linen and towels will be left in the apartment.
Keys, maps and how to find it instructions will be sent to you by recorded post the week before you travel.
Please note, smoking is only permitted out side on the two terraces or in the garden area.
Booking deposit - 25%
Balance to be paid - 4 weeks prior
Refundable security deposit - £300
