A beautiful, brand new, 3 bedroom ground floor apartment on the exclusive gated Polaris World Resort of Condado De Alhama.
The resort will eventually contain 3 Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses. The Signature Course is now open, with 2 "Bears Best" courses to follow. This will make Condado one of the the largest golf resorts in Europe.
The apartment itself has a large private terrace and is situated in the middle of "Jardin 7", just a 5 minute stroll from the first tee and planned Signature Course clubhouse, with the large shared swimming pool (with separate childrens pool) directly outside the gate. The pool is gated for safety.
Removable sail shades are provided for the terrace and can be easily put up to provide some welcome relief from the sun.
Inside, the apartment consists of a living area containing a large corner double sofa bed, a spacious kitchenette, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom has patio doors leading to a smaller second terrace that houses the washing machine.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned in the living area and all 3 bedrooms. Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, English and Spanish TV, DVD player, IPOD/IPhone dock, ironing board are also provided for your comfort and convenience. There is even a spare set of golf clubs that you are free to use should you decide on a last minute round of golf!
The "Al Kasar" town centre, a 10-15 minute walk, is now open and consists of a bar,supermarket,restaurant and golf pro shop. Tennis, paddle tennis and squash courts are available to book in the resort.
There are plenty of quiet beaches to visit, or even take a trip to Cartagena, Murcia City or Sierra Espuna National Park. Mazzaron Port is a 15 minute drive and here you will find beaches and a local market to pick up some bargains.
