Description

The apartment is owned by Len and Janice, who rent it out all year round. Charges vary in accordance with what time of year it is, but remain reasonable 52 weeks a year.

The apartment is fully furnished, with all the standard amenities and more! Local facilities consisting bars, restaurants, Supermarket and Bank are within a short walking distance, as is the beautiful beach (only 300 metres away). The nearby resorts of Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Torrevieja with their excellent entertainment and bustling nightlife compliment this. Also the beautiful town of Cartagena is just 30-45 mins drive south of the village. The airport to the north is Alicante which is approximately 50 minutes drive from the apartment and San Javier (Murcia) is south of the apartment and just 15 minutes drive.

HOME AMENITIES

The apartment is located upstairs, and consists of a lounge/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. It will comfortably sleep up to four people.

The bedrooms are one twin and one double bedroom. Bed linen including blankets, pillows, towels and tea towels are provided. Beach towels are also provided if required. It is requested however that only beach towels be taken to the beach.

At the front of the building, there is an upstairs Patio ideal for having 'al fresco' and a downstairs patio which is ideal for sunbathing, barbecue etc.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, a Microwave, a Toaster, grille, fridge/freezer, plus ample crockery and cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine.

Other amenities include TV, DVD Player(with selection of DVD's) and CD Player (with selection of CD's). A ceiling fan is provided in the lounge and the two bedrooms for those warmer days and for the winter months a Gas Bottle Heater and blow heaters are provided.

Sunbeds, barbecue, bucket & Spades etc. are all provided for your use.

NEARBY AMENITIES

If you fancy a meal out, there is an area called 'The Strip',only a few minutes from the apartment, where the majority of the restaurants and bars are situated.

Within just a short walking distance is the beautiful beach of Mil Palmeras (only 300 metres away).

For those of you who enjoy lazing round the poolside, the Olympia Bar & Restaurant with it’s beautifully kept pool and grounds can be found a mere 10 mins walk away from the apartment. A small fee is charged for use of facilities.

Pueblo Latino is approx 20 mins walk from the apartment. This is a spanish square, frequented by the locals, with many bars, shops and restaurants around a lovely square.

There are several excellent Golf Courses within a short drive away.

For those who enjoy Scuba diving, you can call Scubaworld Dive Training and Education on (0034) 667057640 who also cater for the more experienced diver as well as those not so experienced. Alternatively you can check out their website at http://www.divecostablanca.com.
