Lovely detached corner 2 bed villa with private Roman ended pool, comfortably sleeps 4/6 + Travel Cot.

Fully equipped for a great family holiday including Baby Monitor, Travel Cot and High Chair + extra JoJo Maman Bebe pop up travel cot (UPF 50+ sun protection), Can be used on the beach as a sun shelter or as a travel cot. Pop-out construction that folds down into its own carry bag. Insect mesh for added protection, washable sleeping mat. Protects from wind, sun and insects. Suitable from birth.
The villa and terrace overlook the pool and sunbathing area where you have sun all day long on the pool.
There is a BBQ along with patio furniture on the terrace for alfresco dining, as well as a gazebo with table and seating overlooking the pool, with great views over the country side and mountains towards Mazzaron, which you can admire as you relax with a cool drink.
The villa also has a planted garden to one side which includes Olive, Lemon and Orange trees.
The villa has a large lounge with dining area which has ceiling fans as well as Air Con and fully equipped open plan kitchen which includes Fridge Freezer, Integrated Oven and Hob, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Water Filter, Cafetiere as well as cutlery, crockery, utensils cookware etc. Plus Cool Bag and Ice Blocks for beach picnics.
Both bedrooms have Air Con, ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with W/C and bidet . The second bedroom has twin beds. There is a separate shower room with W/C + washing machine.
There are side stairs leading up to the roof solarium where you can sun bathe, or appreciate the lovely mountain views.

About Camposol:
Camposol Golf Complex is just 10 minutes drive to the town of Mazarron, and just 15 minutes to the beautiful Beaches on the coast and Puerto De Mazarron with its lovley promenade lined with tapas bars and restaurants. The marina here is newly rebuilt, and it's very pleasant drive to spend the day or evening here, plenty of parking. There is also a some little trains that run from the Puerto out to the neighbouring villages, takes around 45 minutes.
